Who we are

Abraham Group was founded for independent travelers seeking unique experiences, in an authentic environment and without compromising on excellent hospitality. Our hostels are located in Israel (Eilat, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Nazareth), Sinai, and the Philippines, and we take tours throughout Israel, Jordan, Egypt, and the Philippines. In our hostel, people come first, a place is just as important as the people themselves.

What the role is

Responsibility for improving employee performance by reducing gaps in knowledge, perception, and skills, so that employee connectedness and organizational strategy are supported. Leading, accompanying and assimilating cross-organizational processes such as onboarding, observations and feedback, assimilation of values and more. The position is full-time from Tel Aviv, Attendance required in one of our other hostels once a week (Jerusalem, Eilat or Nazareth).
