Who we are
Abraham & Tours are a group of fun and friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country and the Middle East to the fullest. Our six hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth, Eilat, Sinai, and the Philippines. we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt, Jordan, and the Philippines! To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people.

What the role is
Our telephone service and field representatives at Abraham Tours accompany our customers in choosing the perfect tours for them and make sure that their experience is enjoyable, accurate, and pleasant.
Full-time from Jerusalem- and Tel Aviv, 3-5 shifts a week, including weekends and holidays.

What you will be doing:

  • Service for Abraham Tours customers in Hebrew and English
  • Answer and Handle all phone inquiries, questions, and requests regarding Abraham Tours products
  • Tours sales at Yaffo Gate and also by phone and email (inside the hostel)
  • Responding to customers’ emails regarding incoming and domestic tourism

    • What you should have

  • Experience in customer service - a must
  • High level of Hebrew and English
  • High technological skills
  • Experience in the field of tourism - an advantage

    • Israeli citizenship or work visa in Israel is required for this job!
