Job Description and Highlights
  • Assisting travelers during their stay at the hostel, problem solving, providing tourist information and recommendations
  • Dealing with reservations, answering emails and phones
  • Being part of the hostel's heart & soul - working with all departments and being the first contact point for all guests
  • Working in a fun, friendly and international environment

    • Job Requirements
  • Responsible, independent & highly motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level of English and Hebrew
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Previous experience in tourism - advantage
  • Traveling history as a backpacker
  • Available to work 5-6 shifts per week, including nights, weekdays, weekends & holidays
  • Commitment for at least one year
  • Israeli citizenship or a work visa in Israel is required for this position.
