Who we are
Abraham & Tours are a group of fun and friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Five hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth, Eilat, and Sinai we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt, and Jordan! To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people.

What the role is
Our bar is responsible for good vibes and the hostel's atmosphere, and our bar in Eilat is looking for bartenders with good vibes only!
The work is 3-5 shifts per week (on average) during the evening/night, including weekends & holidays.

  • Responsible, independent & highly motivated
  • Previous experience as a bartender
  • Able to work under pressure
  • High level of English and Hebrew
  • Travelling history as a backpacker
  • Commitment for at least one year
  • Israeli citizenship or work visa in Israel is required for this position.
