We're looking for hard-working and motivated individuals to join our reception - the heart and soul of Abraham Hostel Jerusalem! Work in a fun, international environment and help travelers from around the world experience Jerusalem and Israel to the fullest.
Assisting travelers during their stay at the hostel, problem solving, providing tourist information and recommendationsDealing with reservations, answering emails and phonesBeing part of the hostel's heart and soul - working with all departments and being the first contact point for all guests
Responsible, independent & highly motivatedFluent English and Hebrew, both written & spokenGreat personal relations - should be excellent "team player"Previous experience in customer servicePrevious experience in tourism - advantageTraveling history as a backpackerWilling to work at least 4 shifts per week throughout the year, including nights, weekdays, weekends & holidaysCommitment for at least one year
