Who we are
Abraham & Tours are a group of fun and friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Four hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth and Eilat and we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt and Jordan. To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people.

What the role is
The most fun role in Abraham! The Abrahamists (or as they are called professionally - the field coordinators) are the heart of the tour. They determine the energy level, create experiences for the participants and coordinate logistical and operational aspects of the tours. The Abrahamists are part of the Operation Team in the Tours unit and are required to arrive in Jerusalem about 4-5 times a week, at varying times, depending on the tour. The position does not include professional / classical / historical instruction.

What the job's all about?

  • Coordinate and operate unguided tours and create a friendly and social atmosphere
  • Provide content and activities that facilitate social bonding and enjoyment during the tour (introduction, refreshments, drinks and treats).
  • Make sure that all participants have arrived for the tour
  • Sales and marketing of other Abraham products

    • If you have...

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Obsession with trips & adventures and love of Israel
  • Contagious energy and the ability to speak in front of an audience.

  • Israeli citizenship or a work visa in Israel is required for this position

    • Candidates should submit their CV in English, along with a short description of their travel experience.
