Abraham Hostels & Tours are a group of fun, friendly hostels that cater to independent travelers looking to explore Israel and experience our beautiful country, and the Middle East to the fullest. Our Five hostels are located in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nazareth Eilat, and Sinai, and we operate tours all around Israel, the West Bank, Egypt, and Jordan! To us, a hostel is more than just a place, it’s all about the people.
what the role is
Responsibility for building a budget and budget control, preparation, and analysis of monthly budget reports against execution. The job is full time (Sunday-Thursday) and located in our hostel in Jerusalem. occasional visits to the rest of our hostels are required. In addition, there may be trips abroad, as needed. If you have the ability to go into details, positive attitude, willingness and sens of responsability - you belong with us!
What you will be doing
Leading and building the annual budget process and accompanying senior executives with their budgets.
Monthly revenue analysis by business units and receipts comparisons
Examining budget versus execution at a monthly level, including presenting reports and demonstrating presentations to the management and Board.
Building a procurement process and assimilating it in the organization and characterization and implementation of support systems.
Building economic models and accompanying business development and M&A processes.
Performing various analyzes of the organization's data, and ad hoc projects according to the company's needs.
To apply you must:
Bachelor's degree in economics - a must
1-2 years of experiance in a similar field
Orientation in business and an understanding of work processes, monitoring and information systems
Extensive knowledge of Excel
An experience in building presentations
A high level of writen and spoken English
An experience from a large and global companies - a significant advantage
