Tours Coordinator ('Abrahamist')

Program Summary:

Who we are The operation team works behind the scenes of Abraham Tours' national tour system to ensure an unforgettable experience for our customers!  What the role is The one behind the scenes of the tours who manage the tour from the moment it is sold to the guest.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for the coordination and logistics related to the planning and execution of the various tours.
  • Working with drivers, suppliers and many factors.
  • Inventory management, coordination with parties in the field such as the entrance to various sites, border crossings, food, data lists of the tourists on the tour (phones, passports, etc.).
  • To apply you must:

  • Hebrew and English at a good level
  • At least one year of work experience in another job, preferably in the field of customer service or tourism (significant advantage)
  • Commitment for at least one year in the organizationTravel/hostel experience - preferred
  • Orientation in the field of finance
  • Experience in logistics, pressure and multitasking and administration.
